For younger children, the aim is simple: head on the pillow and listen while the parent controls the app. Older children can read along, build confidence or read in one language while listening in another.

Every story is adapted to your child’s age and developmental stage, with Oxford Reading Tree levels used as a reading benchmark where appropriate. A one-year-old does not receive the same vocabulary, sentence structure, pacing or complexity as a seven-year-old — and a twelve-year-old is not given a story written for a younger child.
